Another great success for protothema.gr, which proves that when it comes to the Internet and information, it is the most important website in Greece.

Cloudevo, the fastest growing digital growth agency in Greece, partnered with Google and Proto Thema to develop another highly successful advertising strategy that served as a case study.

The main goal of the team was to effectively segment the readers of Proto Thema and improve the performance of direct deals in order to provide the best advertising experiences for users and target more relevant markets for clients.

With the optimal use of Google Ad Manager’s Audience Solution and its own first-party data, Proto Thema, with the help of Cloudevo, once again became the leader in online advertising.

The results were as follows: 115% increase in CTR for direct campaigns and 54% increase in eCPM for Open Auction.

Cloudevo, Proto Thema, and Google spent 30 days identifying which segments had good performance and another 30 days enriching them. At the same time, they continue to enrich existing segments while creating new ones for individual campaigns when Proto Thema needs to achieve specific goals.
